Quote Of The Day |
"Life is a combination of magic and pasta." - Federico Fellini |
Lake Pueblo State Park, located at 640 Pueblo Reservoir Road, is one of Colorado's most popular state parks. In 2024, the park welcomed 2.9 million visitors who enjoyed activities such as biking, boating, camping, fishing, hiking, picnicking, swimming, and various water sports. Established in 1975, the park is celebrating its 50th year in Pueblo. The park, also known as the Pueblo Reservoir, was created through the construction of the Pueblo Dam between 1970 and 1975. Despite delays in the project due to budget cuts, Lake Pueblo opened to the public on July 1, 1975, offering a range of recreational opportunities. |
